Collingwood, 10.vi.1968; and a paratype from Bunso, collector D. Leston, 7.vii.1969), a forest zone species (Bolton, 1973b) .

WORKER - TL 7.4-7.8 mm; entire body finely and densely reticulate, dully shining. Colour black, legs very dark brown-black.
