{Strumigenys faurei}The photomontage is of two specimens collected from South Africa; Western Cape, Knysna Env.; S 34°02.7' E 22°50.2'; sea level; Peter Hlavác, 28.i.2004.
WORKER - Knysna specimens - TL 2.03 mm, HL 0.52, HW 0.40, CI 77, ML 0.22, MI 42, SL 0.30, SI 75, PW 0.25, AL. 0.52. Eye small, with 6-8 facets and about the same width as the scape. Head and scape bearing only curved relatively fine hairs and with no spatulate hairs anywhere; pronotal humeri each with single fine flagellate hair.
